Creating Sacred Space: Training for space-holders to lead with care—psychologically safe, culturally aware, and sustainable for your body.
If sacred spaces changed you, facilitation will reshape you. Here you’ll learn the quiet mechanics behind the magic—consent in motion, co-regulation, and clean repair—so your rooms feel sacred and safe.
✨ This Is For You If…
You felt what a well-held circle can do. Now you’re ready to learn: to be in the room, support the work, and discover the moves that keep people safe—consent in motion, steady co-regulation, and clean repair. You’re ready to start in an assistant-style role, respect the craft, and invest in learning the Readiness & Alignment process, right relationship with intensity within your role and skill/comfort zone, and how a trusted team holds the container together.
🌿 What you’ll learn
1) Safety on every layer — body, heart, spirit
Open → Orient → Resource so depth lands gently (no activation hangovers).
Consent as devotion: choice at every turn—opt in/out, step-out/return, camera-optional, aftercare named.
Co-reg as ritual: voice, breath, and pace that settle the field; 60-second settles; titration + orienting when waves rise.
Repair as sacred practice: call-ins that center impact, restore trust, and keep the circle whole.
Spirit with two feet on earth: clear invitations around ritual, choice, and consent.
Practice: brief demos → light role-plays → short hot-wash blessings.
Take-home: gentle safety checklist, aftercare one-pager, pocket “repair” strip.
2) Readiness & Alignment + right relationship with intensity
Connection-first conversation that surfaces safety, skills, and goals—slow, human, spacious.
Clear pathways: yes / yes-with-scaffolding / not-now + referrals—kind, brief, honest.
Wise safety practices: how to speak about inner state and environment (your inner landscape and the space you’re in) and right relationship with intensity—language that stays inside your role and skill/comfort zone (education, not medical advice).
Integrity & right-relationship: knowing what’s in-bounds for your current scope, and how to lovingly redirect to the proper container or professional when needed.
Practice: gentle mock conversations, decision sprints, language blessings.
Take-home: R&A guide, Decision Guidelines, referrals/resources template.
3) Team of Care — roles, lanes, and quiet ceremony
Who tends the altar of the room: Lead, Somatic Anchor, Process Guardian, Equity Sentinel, Logistics, Care Liaison.
The dance of service: step forward/step back, clean handoffs, supporting without crowding—so the ritual stays intact.
Quiet signals, steady field: subtle cues and simple phrases that keep the current coherent; notes that honor privacy and dignity.
Closing the circle well: debrief rhythm—facts → feelings → gentle fixes → follow-ups—so learning integrates.
Practice: run-of-show walkthroughs as ceremony, role rotations, guided debriefs.
Take-home: role cards, ritual-rooted run-of-show, debrief card.
